Rotating your tires at the recommended intervals is an essential part of evening out the tire wear and maintaining the life of your tires. Tire Barn recommends rotating your tires every 5,000 miles. Many tire manufacturers require scheduled rotations to keep the mileage warranty of the tire valid. Lack of rotation is a major contributor to irregular tire wear and reduced tire life. Keeping your tires rotated will help all four tires wear at the same time, thus maintaining balanced handling. Tire Barn offers free lifetime tire rotations for tires purchased from us.
When rotating your tires, use one of the methods shown below:
If you have a full size spare and wish to have that added to the rotation, simply install the spare to the right rear, and the tire that would have gone to the right rear, should be put as the new spare. Please remember that some vehicles have staggered tire size fitments and cannot be rotated in a traditional way.
